What Information Does AFTRCC Collect
and How Is That Data Used?
AFTRCC collects only the following types of personal and non-personal information that are necessary for our legitimate business purposes, and maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of this information.
PERSONAL AND BUSINESS INFORMATION
AFTRCC collects contact and related information from our members and persons who request information from AFTRCC or who register for our conferences, programs or other services (collectively “Registered Users”). All financial and billing information that we collect is used solely to make payments for our conferences, programs or other services. This information is not used by AFTRCC for marketing or promotional purposes.
AFTRCC uses the information that we collect for business purposes, including providing access to our services, and for registration purposes. We may also use the information to contact Registered Users to discuss our programs, conferences and services.

Certain non-personal information about site visits is recorded by the standard operation of the Internet servers on which this website is hosted. Non-personally identifiable information ("Aggregate Data") may be for our organizations purposes, including but not limited to improvement of the design and content of the WebSite or to personalize your experience on our Website. Unless we need to cover ourselves from the ISP, then this data will not be shared outside of the, site administrators & Executive Committee AFTRCC shall own such Aggregate Data.

Like many standard website servers, our web servers use log files. Registered Users who have provided contact information may e-mail AFTRCC at secretaryATaftrccDOTorg to update their contact or other information or the information can be updated at our website.

Registered Users who have provided contact information may occasionally receive email updates or information from AFTRCC. In order to respect our members’ privacy, we present the option to decline these types of communications. Please see the Choice/Opt-out section below.
Registered users are given the opportunity to opt-out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our Website or existing relationship.
